How to install

  2. Open the downloaded file (Files app or the notification)
  3. Allow "Install unknown apps" for your browser if the phone asks (see below if you cannot find the setting)
  4. Tap Install — then sign in with your Expeto account

The phone says "For your security…" or "Install blocked"

Tap Settings in the message and turn on Allow from this source for the app you used to download the file (usually Chrome or Files). Go back and tap Install again. If you do not get the button: Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps (Samsung: Settings → Apps → ⋮ → Special access).

"Blocked by Play Protect" / "App not scanned"

The app is downloaded directly from us and is not in Google Play, so Android may warn you. Tap More details → Install anyway (or Scan app, then Install). The app is published by Expeto/Lytzen.

How to update

Small fixes arrive by themselves when you open the app. When there is a new version of the app itself, a banner appears in the app — tap it, download the new APK here and install it over the old one. You do not need to uninstall first, and you keep your login.

The download fails or opens an old file

Delete the old APK in Files/Downloads and download again. Use Chrome (not an in-app browser), and check your storage and connection.

My phone is old

The app needs Android 8 or newer. Also update "Android System WebView" and Chrome in Google Play if drawings or 360 images do not show.
